The situation with our shipping providers might still be affected in light of the COVID-19 outbreak but we will make sure we keep you updated at all times about how this might affect our orders going out or your returns coming back.
When will I receive my order?
For shipping within West Malaysia, it will take 1 – 3 business days to be delivered to your destination.
For shipping to East Malaysia, it will take 5 – 7 business days to be delivered to your destination.
For international orders shipping, it will take 7 – 14 business days to be delivered to your destination. However, shipping duration might vary depending on location of the country and others factor. You can always check with our customer representative for any further queries in regards to international order.
*Please note that on occasions such as public holidays and large sales events, there might be a delay in the processing time. However, we will make every extra effort that we could to process your order soonest possible.
Can I amend or cancel my order or shipment?
Unfortunately, cancellation can’t be made once your order has been placed or shipped out
What is the delivery cost?
For orders above RM 500, it will be free and we absorb the delivery fees.
For orders below RM 500, a shipping fees will be charged for parcel shipping. The shipping fees will display on the shopping cart page.
If the order is outside Malaysia, kindly contact our customer service at email@example.com and we can arrange it with our logistic partner to deliver to your country. It depends on the weight of product and country location. We have successfully shipped to many countries around the world before.
Do I need to pay duties or tax?
Yes, for international order. Please note on some occasions customs services inspect parcels which may result in duty and sales tax being applied. We have no control over this and unfortunately, it remains the responsibility of the individual customer.
We recommend that you check your country’s import regulations prior to ordering.
While we do our best to provide up-to-date information to our customers, we ask that you conduct your own research on the rules of your destination as each country has its own systems in place that may change frequently.
Unfortunately, if you find that there are duties or taxes owing once your products are held by customs in your country, we CANNOT accept returns. This is due to a strict biosecurity measures that require returned honey to be destroyed.
I did not receive all the items that I ordered. What should I do?
If you are missing any item(s) in your parcel and have not been notified about this, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you as soon as possible.
Although we use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time period, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. Our customer service team will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delays.
