Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 14 days return & exchange policy for all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your product(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item you purchased must be in its original condition from when you received it.

Damages / Incorrect Order

If your item arrived damaged, or you received an incorrect item. – First, please notify the courier services. Next, we’ll need photos to verify the damage and/or to confirm which incorrect item was shipped. This helps us understand what went wrong, and then after, we could perform necessary procedures for investigation.
