It’s recommended that you use the original container the honey came in, though any glass jar or food-safe plastic container will work. It’s not necessary to store honey in the refrigerator. Look for your shipping confirmation to track your parcel. Yes, for international orders. Please note on some occasions customs services inspect parcels which may result in duty and sales tax being applied. We have no control over this and, unfortunately, it remains the responsibility of the individual customer. We recommend that you check your country’s import regulations prior to ordering.

While we do our best to provide up-to-date information to our customers, we ask that you conduct your own research on the rules of your destination as each country has its own systems in place that may change frequently. Unfortunately, if you find that there are duties or taxes owing once your products are held by customs in your country, we CANNOT accept returns. This is due to a strict biosecurity measure that requires returned honey to be destroyed.

For shipping within West Malaysia, it will take 1 – 3 business days to be delivered to your destination.

For shipping to East Malaysia, it will take 5 – 7 business days to be delivered to your destination.

If your item arrived damaged, or you received an incorrect item – First, please notify the courier services. Next, we’ll need photos to verify the damage and/or to confirm which incorrect item was shipped. We are only able to process a refund or exchange for damaged and/or incorrect items within 14 days from the date you received the order.
